Don't be scared!
Some of the masks in the Gallery and Online Store may seem a tad bit scary. Some of them are just plain fun, and some of them are very beautiful! Please remember that Masks are versions of ourselves. Sometimes these parts of us are too scary to face, so the mask is used to face our deepest and darkest fears. Although the mask seems scary it is really a tool to help us face our fears. Other Masks will help us to see our true beauty and some allow us to find our inner child! Regardless of what each mask shows us, they are really working on a deep and unconscious level to provide healing. In fact, some of the styles that Kym uses are very ancient and used by other cultures for ritual healing.

Kym is fascinated by Mandalas and Sacred Geometry and is finding ways to incorporate these into her art.
Mandalas
Mandalas date back to ancient times and are sacred art forms used for meditation and healing. Mandalas can be made by anyone and can represent many things about the creator, as well as bring knowledge and healing. Mandalas can embody emotions, memories, spirituality, nature and so much more! They are formed using Sacred Geometry.
Sacred Geometry
Sacred Geometry is also a very ancient art form and dates back to the beginning of life itself. Sacred Geometry is found in all life forms and all of nature. Each Sacred Geometry shape has its own special metaphysical meaning. Look for these sacred shapes in the nature we see everyday!
